Served as Program Associate for the Delta Research and Educational Foundation’s "Research Matters for All of Us" initiative in collaboration with the National Institutes of Health:

  • Supported virtual and in-person community engagement activities, boosting registration and participation

  • Designed innovative digital engagement strategies, including the "Mic Check: R.A.P. Sessions Syllabus"

  • Compiled, designed, and authored comprehensive reports while managing extensive data entry, ensuring accurate tracking and analysis of key performance metrics



Educational Program Support

Played a key role in supporting an impactful educational collaboration between DREF and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation:

  • Assisted in coordinating virtual and in-person professional development programs for over 500 educators across 42 states

  • Supported the development and distribution of educational materials on critical topics in education

  • Supported operations and logistics for in-person Teacher Efficacy Academy Post-Institute Conference
